Born & raised in Bonners Ferry, Joslyn brings years of experience as a registered nurse and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best. Her interest in aesthetics comes from a love of combining skill and artistry to create natural, confidence-boosting results.

Ashley Martinez, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse
Ashley brings a wealth of nursing experience and a heart for patient care to Radiance Aesthetics & Wellness. A Bonners Ferry local, she has served in multiple nursing roles — from labor and delivery to school nursing — and now combines that diverse background with her passion for aesthetic medicine.
With advanced training and hands-on experience in aesthetic injections, Ashley blends her clinical expertise with an artistic eye to create results that feel natural and balanced. Her goal is always to help patients feel confident, comfortable, and truly radiant in their own skin.
Ryan & Kaite Gorman
Founders
Ryan and Kaite started Radiance to share their love of helping people feel comfortable, cared for, and at home the moment they walk through the door. Kaite is the heart of Radiance, pouring her passion into creating an experience where every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and beautiful in their own skin.
Ryan, a dual-boarded nurse practitioner, serves as medical director and brings his expertise to guide our aesthetic and wellness services with skill and precision.
Together, they’ve built Radiance as a place where self-care meets confidence—where each visit is an opportunity to look refreshed, feel your best, and embrace the confidence that comes from feeling like yourself again.
